Geisha Gold reserves the right to cancel any Agreement of Sale if the prospective buyer fails to complete the payment for the products.
The trees of coffee sold by Geisha Gold are sold "as is". For this reason, Geisha Gold gives opportunity to the buyer to inspect the trees or to have it inspected. When purchased, it is implied that the buyer has accepted the trees in its existing condition.
The buyer has 30 days to give notice of any claim from the date of purchase. Failure to give such notice will constitute an unqualified acceptance of the goods and a waiver by the buyer of all claims with respect to the goods. In case of cancellation before 30 days, a refund will be given to the buyer minus Geisha Gold’s costs of handling.
In the event of the lost of a tree purchased by the buyer, if this lost is derived from factors different from its natural life cycle, the tree will be replaced for another one of similar characteristics.
When a buyer cancels a purchase, Geisha Gold takes back title of the goods and can either return it to inventory or keep it out of inventory at Geisha Gold's solely discretion.
If the buyer fails to pay the yearly fees associated with the management of the trees purchased for five years, Geisha Gold takes back title of the trees and can either return it to inventory or keep it out of inventory at Geisha Gold's solely discretion.
