RISK OF LOSS
The purchase of some items at Geisha Gold imply the shipping of products to you, and are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
When a buyer purchases goods from Geisha Gold, he or she has 30 days to give notice of any claim from the date of purchase. Failure to give such notice will constitute an unqualified acceptance of the goods and a waiver by the buyer of all claims with respect to the goods. In case of cancellation before 30 days, a refund will be given to the buyer. When a buyer cancels a purchase, Geisha Gold takes back title of the goods and can either return it to inventory or keep it out of inventory at Geisha Gold's solely discretion.
